I do wonder where to begin
as I talk about my baby
as I reach out to life
to make clear what it's all about
See, 'been blessed to nurse my babies
some strengthened their wings and flew
some right under my wing
but right now, I speak of one baby
He walked in with this mystery
I fought hard cause in history
nothing quite like it came up
nothing that brought more ambiguity
So we walked with my baby
passed time with my baby
to baby or was he my baby
too troublesome be my baby
So as I write and speak in oblivion
my baby? or, my baby?
I speak peace into his life
I speak direction into his life
I speak God's presence in his life
and as each page unfolds, all I'll say
is grow my baby grow!!!
We do experience struggles in life, more-so, when we encounter the unusual... when we are forced out of our comfort zones to experience a different perspective to life, a shift in your usual line of thought or in the fixed rules of your own game as you live...
ReplyDeleteAnd many are the times that when this happens, we shift our attention and concerns to this new wave, and sometimes it may frustrate us and become overwhelming, other times it may be a pleasure satisfying our curiosity, sometimes we may lament, other times we may be relieved that a new dawn has come...
My take on this is that, we never experience something that we are not able to handle, I have been reminded so many times before that each individual has what it takes to munch whatever life places on their plate... A lot therefore relies on the attitude and state of mind of an individual as they experience the new... Reactions may be hinged on their back ground in terms of socialization or the physical environment that they are used to, their personality...
At the end of the day, since it is already happening to the individual, they might as well make the most of it and get used to or come out of the unknown territory with the best it may have to offer...yeah?
